This document is for the sign-off for support/general visits. It has been designed to provide the installer and the customer with a guided schedule of work necessary, completed or outstanding.
This document should be completed at the end of the installation process and a copy should be submitted to the customer. It will automatically be sent to the Installations department.
Please also submit a copy of the TigVer and generated test reports for each job to email@example.com at the completion of each installation.
