Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website is operated by TigerTMS Ltd (“TigerTMS”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 12206972, VAT no. GB343266996), an Aspire Software company. Registered office: Unit 12 Headlands Business Park, Salisbury Road, Ringwood, Hampshire BH24 3PB, United Kingdom. TigerTMS is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

Our Data Protection Officer is Dan Bailey. You can reach the DPO about anything in this policy at privacy@tigertms.com.

2. What personal data we collect

• Information you give us through our contact, demo and brochure-download forms: your name, company or property, work email, phone number (optional) and the content of any message.
• Resource downloads: when you download a brochure or guide, the details above plus which document you requested.
• Technical & usage data: IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you view — collected through our server logs and, where you consent, Google Analytics.

3. How we use your data, and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiries, arrange demos and provide materials you request — on the basis of our legitimate interests and/or to take steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To send you information about our products and services where you have asked for it or where we have a legitimate interest — you can opt out at any time.
• To operate, improve and secure our website — our legitimate interests; analytics are used only with your consent.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous usage statistics. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them via our cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are placed on your device.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Other companies within our group where needed to respond to you;
• Trusted service providers who process data on our behalf — including Google (analytics) and Amazon Web Services (email delivery of form submissions);
• Authorities or third parties where we are required to do so by law.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers (for example Google) may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, after which it is securely deleted.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact privacy@tigertms.com.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encrypted transmission and access controls — to protect your personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or your use of the site.
