        iAlert is a powerful new module for iCharge Enterprise designed to monitor and manage call activity through advanced, AI-driven alerting. By allowing hotels to set custom criteria for call notifications, iAlert helps them stay in control of phone usage, reduce unnecessary costs, and prevent fraudulent activity before it escalates.

        iAlert gives hotels complete visibility and control over call behaviour, delivering three major advantages:
