Otrum announced as latest Partner to sign with TigerTMS

Partnership brings cutting-edge hotel interface for even more personalised content, applications and streaming in hotel guest rooms.

Otrum, the leading provider of cloud management and control of smart TVs, mobile devices, casting solutions and digital signage to a range of business verticals, has announced its partnership with TigerTMS. This powerful new collaboration brings another level of interface linking for the hospitality sector and a one-stop solution for hoteliers around the globe.

Otrum Integration

TigerTMS’ iLink scalable Service Bus Platform will interface the API centric solutions from Otrum with over 80 different hotel property management systems (PMS), bringing its extensive functionality to life on TVs in hotel guest rooms. The partnership also extends additional, personalised services for guests, such as welcome messaging, bill view, native language selection, personalised offers and express check out, which are not typically available on other interface solutions, or where the customer has decided to build their own.

Nigel Bateson, EVP Otrum, said:

“The team at Otrum is delighted to be working together with Tiger TMS – a company with a proven track record of over 40 years’ experience. With coverage and service extending to five regional offices in different time zones, and 24/7 support, TigerTMS’ international reach fits perfectly with the Otrum strategic mission to deliver integrated solutions via our growing partner network”

John Owen, CEO TigerTMS, said:

“It’s been incredibly refreshing to work with a fellow software company that is closely aligned to our mission of providing the best possible guest experience. The combined Otrum and TigerTMS solution offers real choice for hoteliers to select best of breed TV systems and ensure that targeted and relevant content is delivered into the guest room.”
